Pre-Inspection

Matthew does a full walk-around of your car before touching anything. Paint condition, interior soiling levels, and any problem areas are identified so the right products and techniques are used from the start. Nothing gets missed.

Exterior Decontamination

The car is pre-soaked, hand washed, and rinsed using a two-bucket method to avoid dragging grit across the paint. Wheels, arches, and door shuts are cleaned separately. On Premium and Showroom tiers, a clay bar removes bonded surface contaminants that washing alone can't lift.

Interior Deep Clean

Every interior surface is vacuumed, wiped, and cleaned — including under seats, in vents, and along door trims. Seats are treated depending on material. Glass is cleaned from the inside using a streak-free process. The result is a cabin that smells clean and looks it too.

Paint Correction and Protection

On Premium and Showroom tiers, a machine polisher is used to reduce swirl marks and surface scratches before protection is applied. On all tiers, a wax or sealant is applied to the exterior to protect the paint from Auckland's UV, rain, and road grime going forward.
